A referral partnership that protects your reputation after offer accepted.
Most complaints about a sale don't happen at offer stage, they happen in the eight weeks after, when nobody has told the client what's going on. Conveyance Network gives your negotiators a trusted place to send that client, at no cost to your agency and no change to how you already work with your legal partners.
Estate agents are routinely held responsible for delays, confusion and poor communication that happen well outside their control, once a solicitor is instructed. Every "any update?" call your negotiators field is time not spent on the next instruction, and every frustrated client is a referral you don't get.
We sit in that gap. Your negotiators keep the relationship, your legal partners keep the instruction, and the client gets somewhere to turn that isn't your front desk.
- A trusted referral pathway with no setup cost or contract lock-in
- Complimentary support for every client you refer
- Clearer communication throughout the transaction, without your team chasing it
- Fewer interruptions for negotiators between offer and completion
- A more professional, structured post-offer experience to point clients to
- Stronger reviews and referrals from clients who felt looked after
Four steps to a live referral pathway.
No integration, no paperwork burden, no change to your existing legal panel relationships.

Share a warm handover

Let your legal panel lead
We work alongside your existing solicitor relationships, we don't compete with or replace them.
Straight answers before you commit to anything.
Is it really free, and is there a catch?
There's no cost or contract to your agency. Conveyance Network's role is client communication and guidance, not legal advice, so there's no fee structure that would need to pass through your side of the transaction.
Does this replace our relationship with our panel solicitors?
No. Legal advice and instruction stay entirely with your existing legal partner. We work alongside whichever solicitor is instructed on the file, we don't recommend a replacement or compete for the instruction.
What does this actually take from my negotiators?
One introduction per referred client, however suits your current workflow. Everything after that, updates, reminders, explaining the process, sits with us rather than your front desk.
Can we try it with one negotiator or one branch first?
Yes. Most partnerships start small, with a single branch or negotiator referring clients, before rolling out further once you can see how it fits.
